When Michael Costello decided it was time to do something about stubborn stomach and waist fat, he chose to turn to Dr. Aaron Rollins at Elite Body Sculpture.

Michael is a fashion designer to the stars. Celebrities including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey and Kesha have all worn his designs. He was a finalist on the eighth season of Project Runway, where he finished in fourth place.
